Architect
PRO-ING Ltd. from Novi Sad is looking for a creative architect to participate in all aspects of architectural engagement, from initial planning, design, to supervision and involvement in the construction of buildings.
You will be responsible for designing new buildings, reconstructions, and renovations, ensuring that your solutions meet client requirements and comply with sustainability principles.
Your role will involve collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing solutions. Your creativity and technical knowledge should contribute to the realization of prestigious architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects in detail and as a whole to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design
- Developing designs in accordance with client needs
- Compiling project feasibility reports
- Participating in the preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Monitoring budgets and deadlines
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with specific standards and building regulations
- Regularly visiting sites to check project status
- Continuous teamwork
- Monitoring architectural trends and innovations
Requirements
- Master's degree from an architectural university or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- License 300 and 400
- Applied knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD
- Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Willingness to work in the field (optional)
